I lived at Fair Plaza for a year and a half and only had good experiences there. The neighbors are friendly and the community ... is pretty quiet. We recently helped our daughter move in to an apartment at White Oak Apartments and the process from start to finish was ... awesome. Her apartment is a nice and affordable place in a great location. Very clean and well kept property. Cindy & Cassandra in the office were very kind and helpful. They both dealt with our daughter very professionally and helped her through the leasing process.
